Hi,
PLOGI ORGA switch is to turn on the integration. This by itself does not make integration happen (i.e. auto assign cost centre to employees).
After FI created the Cost Center, Cost Center (Object K) is assigned to Org Unit (Object O) or Position (Object S) in OM. If assigned to Org Unit, the Positions under that Org Unit will 'inherit' the Cost Center, which in turn is 'inherited' by the Person (Object P) who is assigned to the Position in PA40.
The diagram below sums up this relationship (note: Object C = Job)
