Subject: Constant working days vs. actual working days

As far as I learned from the standard SAP - (HR400)Payroll Management ,at the start of subschema XT00, function PARTT accesses data from the personal work schedule (table PSP) to determine the partial period factors for the payroll period. You can find code PRINT NP PART which has print partial period parameter in the schema and see the actual working days 8 and 15 are stored in the field ASOLL is separate partial periods.
The std. working days 22 is stored in a constant named ADIVP, which you can use with the field ASOLL in subschema XPP1 to calculate the partial period factor /801.
Then Personnel calculation rule XPP1 is accessed in subschema XAL0 from personnel calculation rule XPPF for each wage type, include the basic salary.
Hoping this could help you.
