We have a similar process but we have done it with a free standing ABAP program. At night we execute a program that checks for Health Insurance records that have been changed and then looks to see if a Dependent has been dropped and if so executes a BDC to end the Dependent. For the amount of coding involved it was easier to do it this way instead of in the User Exit.

Instead it is delimiting the day we make the change. I looked in the IMG and do not see when this can be configured for dependent but only for the EE. Can anyone please offer a suggestion?
