I did following things.
sb9adm > cleanipc 00
sb9adm > cleanipc 00 remove
sb9adm > cleanipc 01
sb9adm > cleanipc 01 remove
root# /usr/sap/SB9/DVEMBMGS00/exe/cleanipc 00 remove
I am getting following result:
Could not open the ICU common library.
The following files must be in the path described by the environment variable "LD_LIBRARY_PATH":
