Are you using tolerances to help you manage completing the deliveries?

May we ask on how we can view all open PO and closed PO. Is there any tcode
for this?

Another question is how can we manually closed our PO? Our purpose is that
all closed PO will never be used it again.

I know the Tcode in listing of all PO (ME2n & ME2m).
