Have you included the time type xxxx in the entitlement or accrual part of V_T559L for the quota type? Note it is required in all the groupings that are eligible for the abs quota type. Your business rules could be that only permanent/temporary empl groups are eligible.

i have inserted the rule before CUMBT in schema but it is not getting the desired result.
