What I found was that if you don't add an Agreement Calendar in config, the field isn't available (visible) in VBO1/VBO2. Therefore, you have to add a proposed/default calendar in config before you can use it in Rebates.
Bottom line is, SAP seem to have designed each Rebate Agreement Type to work exclusively with one Rebate Arrangement Calendar, which is incredibly short-sighted.

We want to be able to use Rebate Agreement Calendars to automatically extend Agreements, generally for a further 3 or 12 months. However, our Rebate Partners have differing requirements as to when their Reporting year runs, e.g. it could be July to June, October to September etc. Do I really have to setup a different Agreement Type for each differing calendar ? I.e. if I come up with say, 8 annual & quarterly calendars, I will need 8 variations of a given Rebate Agreement Type ? I believe the functionality would be more useful if you could set the specific calendar within each Agreement. Alternatively, are there any userexits in Rebate processing that might enable me to override this ?
