@David : It was a online_split backup, not a consistent online backup.
@Snowy : We are not able to apply redologs only, when we are giving this command :
Recover database using backup controlfile until cancel;
Its asking for very old redolog which has nothing to do with the restored backup.
I guess latest SCN number was not updated in the data files.
Anything could be done in this case?

Subject: Not able to recover QAS from PRD online backup
Hi All,
We are refreshing our QAS from PRD.
We have restored the PRD database to QAS, using an online backup.
After that, we created control file and brought the database in mount state.
But, when we trying to recover the database, its giving follwoing error :
ORA-00308: cannot open archived log
'/saparch/RC4/PC4arch1_290393_614926552.dbf'
ORA-27037: unable to obtain file status
HP-UX Error: 2: No such file or directory
Additional information: 3
It's craving for some redolog file, which has nothing to do with the backup, used for restore.
All the logs, generated during the online backup, have been placed in the respective folder i.e. /saparch/RC4/.
Why is it asking for the some other log file?
