Hi Saravanan,
Changing the IP might not be affecting if you configured the RFC and SAPGUI Logon with hostname entry.
But I am sure there will be an impact on changing the hostname. Even the system will not come up unless changing the values in profile parameter.
Take extra precaution and perform this.

SAP ECC 6.0 EhP4, NW7 BI-ESS MSS Portal/ Oracle10.2.0.4.0/ AIX 6.1
DMS content server / MaxDB / AIX 5.3
Solution Manager / Oracle10.2.0.4.0/ AIX 5.3
We have our ECC system integrated with DMS, BI, Portal and Solution Manager, and due to certain necessity of client we need to change the hostname and IP address of the ECC system. What will be the necessary precautions and prerequisites for this activity.
