Hello Dinesh ,
It is still not clear to me .. My apologies for the same.
As you mentioned .. repository objects wont be copied .. but then I found about 10 Z-Programs which were present in the Target client of DEV system , I am wondering how is it possible ?

You need understand the base of SAP first.
There are three major contents in SAP.
1. Repository,
2. Cross Client
3. Client
The repository object will not be copied one client copy, which contains (Programs/objects and tables). Which ever belongs to client will only be copied because you are doing client copy (Not system copy). Hope you understand now.
