Hi All,

I found the in one of our development system disp+work is in yellow with message running but in dialog,
How ever we are able to login and do our work, but i want to know what actually this problem is, and i haven't changed any profile parameters at os level or so.
in dev_wo trace file i found that
dpsysadmextcreate: vmc (java vm in wp) is not active
