What is your DB and OS and Sap version?

HI ALL,

One of our system when we are trying lo login to it by using SAPGUI. A runtime error is accruing while logging in to it.
After connecting into the system it is not even asking for the username and password. Just displaying the screen with below runtime error.

Please throw lights on it to solve the problem.

Error DBIF_REPO_SQL_ERROR accured. P1=[REPO/*/43/
