Hi all,
I finally got the solution using an external application deployed as an
.exe. This app only prints the data in the format (with the font size) we
wanted.
Then with method "cl_gui_frontend_services=>execute" I called the exe file
sending the parameters i needed to print. This was the only quick solution
we found here.

Unfortunately for you, I've read the same oss note you did:
Note 338628 - Font sizes supported by SAPscript/SmartForms<https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/338628>
in this note you can read about that 99.9 points limit and also about the print controls. And ... if you read a few lines further they talk about SE73.... In that tcode you can change/display the print controls.
BUT ... a warn here: if you haven't done that before, DO NOT change the print controls by your own. Ask your basis team to do it.
