Try looking at the clients copy profiles again and there should be one for user profiles and roles which should copy things from your old system to the new. Review for any missing objects since you have different versions.

We will be building a new ECC EhP4 system. Is there a way to transfer/copy the user accounts from our old ECC 6.0 to the new EhP4 system? Client export/import is no applicable to this scenario since the two systems are of different release, right?
Both systems have Oracle 10g databases and Windows Server 2003 OS.
Please advise.
