Subject: Document Spiltting ECC6 - Item Category 04000 is Missing

Hi Gurus,

While doing transaction via T-Code F-28 for multiple customers from multiple company codes, I encounter the below error during posting (even though the simulation was ok).

The results of the simulation were per below:

Co Code 1:
Dr Bank (Incoming)
Cr Trade Debtor
Cr Amt Due to CoCode 2
Co Code 2:
Dr Debtor
Cr Amt Due from IL20

Upon posting the below error arise:
Item category 04000 is missing (obligatory in accounting transaction 1000/0001)
Diagnosis:
Item category 04000 could not be derived from a document line item. This item category is however defined as obligatory in accounting transaction 1000, variant 0001.
Procedure:
Check the document entered, the derivation of the business transaction variant, the derivation of the item category, and the assignment of the item categories to the business transaction variant.

Has anybody come across this type of error? Please provide the solution for this problem. Thanks.
