Dear Smahadevan, Period 1 is open for only those users who have got the authorization group & period 2 is open for all the users. So if you want the particular user to post in the period 1 tell your basis team to give '0001' value in the the F_BKPF_BUP object & you please mention this group in OB52 under AuGr. And rest period 2 is open for all the users. Hope this will help you out _____________________ Subhendu This e-mail is confidential and intended only for the use of the above named addressee. Entered the period(s) whose use is to be restricted in the first period, those which are available to all users in the second period, and the authorization group (e.g. '0001') in the last column. - Maintained the entry in TBRG Yet, it is not working. Am I missing something.? Thanks in advance for the inputs | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
