HI,
When inforecord price is changed to do manual update in PO you have to do following:
1. Go to PO change transaction - ME22N.
2. For Item update select Item Condition tab, for all items update select Header Condition Tab.
3. Click on button Update.
4. Select option Carry out New pricing (I think it is B).
5. PO is updated with new prices (Calculation schema is refreshed).
6. If new price is higher, then approval indicators are reset and PO must be re-approved.

Hi dudes,
our client demand is to sepparate the one who enteres price in Purchasing and the one who enters other stuff (materials, quantity,...)
so we gave the authority of Info Record to a Finance person and ME21N (or ME31L) to a purchasing man.when PO is created it takes price and conditions from info record automatially.
but the problem is when finance man changes price or condition in INfo Record, it doesn't updates in PO or SA.
is there any way to correct it? do we need any Function Module?
