Ok, I have checked SAPServiceSMG's permissions and restarted the process but still stuck on this step. it's like any process on batch (not terminated), if i check by SM50, there is no process anything.
tp system log :
WARNING: \\hostname\sapmnt\trans\tmp\SAPKKD70039.SMG is already in use (7570), I'm waiting 5 sec (20110103032732). My name: pid 51
by using tasklist.exe, i didn't see pid no 51.
any suggestion?

I will upgrade my solman to EHP 1, now i am upgrading SPAM to level 39 but face something wrong in the process. the upgrade process is very long time in "tp user check OK" phase. i checked in SM50 i found no process that was running.
OS : Windows server 2008
DB : Oracle 10.2.0.4
Kernel Level : 278
Anyone can help me?
