Hi all,
We have a business process where we input serial numbers for line items in "Technical Objects" within a sales order. This information then carries over to the delivery. This works fine when it is a manual order.
When an EDI order comes through an incoming idoc, the business wants the serial number information coming over in the E1EDPT2 needs to update the information in the "technical objects" in the SALES ORDER. If this is not the segement that I should be using, appreciate if anyone can let me know what the right segment is. Thanks in advance.
