We are using negative Time with ESS Leave application funactinality. 1. We have three different Employee Categories a. 7 days working - No Holiday b. 6 days working - Sunday is Holiday c. 5 days working - Sat & Sun is Holiday Now Client wants when ever any employee of above these group will be applying Long Annual Leave system should consider Saturday and Sunday as Weekends between the Leave and not starting and Ending weekends of Leave. Example - Employee from 7 days / 6 days / 5 days working - applied for leave from 1st April to 30 April then System should count only working days between the Leave and Sat and Sunday as Weekends. However If Sat and Sun falls starting and ending of Leave system should not considered as Weekends. Means if Employee applied Leave from 1st April till 30 April and 30th and 31st march is Sat and Sunday then System should not considered these weekends same 1st May and 2nd May is Sat and Sunday then system should not considered these weekends as Part of Leave. 2. Client wants Resumption of Duty Date while applying Leave 3. For resumption of Duty Client Workflow in ESS where an employee will be applying Leave through ESS and will be mentining Leave Start and End Date and "Resumption date", Once he clicks on Resumption date and Workflow will be triggered and E-mail will be sent to HR team. 4. Once person applied for annual leave then his/ her Payroll should be Stopped unless and untill he does not confirm the Resumption date. As per my knwledge there is no "Resumption of Duty Date " concept in SAP. Experts please help me in this. Thanks & Regards, Hrishikesh | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author.
