We have a situation with FM budget that I will need your help with. We created a PO/GR that consumed budget. Example:
After the creation of the Goods Receipt the
Commitment item Budget Consumed Remaining balance
a) #340500 $120000 $20000 $100000
After settlement of the WBS object to AUC the following happened
b) #340500 $120000 $0 $120000
AUC posting:
c) #120000 $20000
What we need after settling AUC is for item (a) to remain and not passed on to AUC as consumed.
