Hi JG,
Thanks for your reply. There are 2 requirements to this absence quota:
  1. For PH that falls in Jan - Nov, the dedn end date is Dec of the same year. For this, the validity end date in V_T559L is set as valid to calendar year, with the dedn end date same as validity interval.
  2. The next part is for PH that falls in Dec where the dedn end date is to be set as 28 Feb of the following year. This is where I'm unable to do it via config.

Hope I've made my requirements clearer. Thanks.

Rgds,
CL

Hi CL
You'd need the steps below:
a)Check the requirement for the dedn period. If it is say 3m from the day the PH occurs, then the generation should be based on a time type added in time eval schema. The Dedn period should be 3m from accr or generation date.
b)Correct existing entries in data with LSMW or a one-off pgm. With a pgm you need the correct requirements, test well before moving to prod. However, this would change the BDC recalc date in empl's IT 3. For this, the pgm can save the IT 3 data before correcting IT 2006, hen restore IT 3. We have done similar corrections in my previous client.

Hope this helps.
Regards, JG
