Hi Eranna

You need to check the config and not correct the WS just for one day.

With the same WSR being used by both empl and both emp having same groupings, leave being deducted differently is not possible. The possible reasons could be:
a)The WSR key may be same but groupings different: the counting rules could be different.
b)If the empl are in the same groupings but the WSR is different:
(i)the problem employee's WSR may have incorrect day type selection rul.
To find if this is the problem: in PA20 display IT 7 valid for 3rd Jan 11. Then click Work schedule button. Check the day type on 3rd Jan. If it is blank or zero, then that is the reason.
If the empl is not expected to work on a holiday, then:
maintain the WSR in V_T508A making sure you have the correct groupings of the empl. Check the daytype sel rule used. Make it the same as in the other WSR - that is, day type should be 1 for all Public Hol classes.
Then regenerate WS for the WSR with the keys starting from beginning till 1 or 2 years from now. It is better to do this in batch mode.

Hope this helps.
Regards, JG
