We already have TT- 01 With Holding tax, 84 -Local Service Tax for PA and the Earned Income tax is same as Occupational Tax?

I have to create a tax type 51 for Earned Income Tax? Kindly if you could respond I would really appreciate

PA withholding= TT01
PA Locals have a TT 51=Occupational Tax, TT 84= Local Service Tax, depending on the locality, it could be one or the other or both.
