[sap-basis] SAPGUI 620 on VISTA doesn't work

Hello,
Using a sapgui 620 application, our VPN was correctly working on all PCs and O.S (XP and Vista), but since our aistant adminisrators changed the server ip adress on the Hosts file, SAP gui doesn't go any more on pc working under vista O.S , no problem was noticed on XP PC.
The ping to the server works but a the moment when we introduce the username and pasword a message like : Connection to partner broken (error 10054)
