[sap-log-mm] Cannot create delivery with me2o!

Hi Experts,
I create one PO with subcontracting and I cannot create delivery with me2o. this is the steps:
1. transfer 10pcs. of product 1 and 10pcs of product 2 in my special(assembly) plant
2. create subcontracting PO with me21n and i put manually the components(I don't use BOM)
3. checking components availability and save PO.
4. open me2o and select vendor, assembly and plant.
5. select components and push create delivery
6. select storage location, insert the batch and check quantity
7 after this I receive error message"only 0pcs available of product 1 to allocate" and delivery is saved with 0pcs.


please help me with this issue.
