Thank you for the patience. Whether you use CA Wily CEM is up to you and I assume that an individual customizing per each product version (content) is probably required in order to use this CA Wily Enduser Experience Tool. Our colleagues in the forum might have more experience.
As far as I know, SAP does not explicitly endorse the use of this particular CA Wily product with any specific SAP product version. However, CA Wily Introscope is a different story. Support for CA Wily Introscope is provided and shipped - for most of relevant SAP software - with and in SAP Solution Manager SPs. Please see SAP Notes e.g. 1010428 for further details.
What I actually wanted to mention in this context:
If you are interested in Enduser Experience Monitoring (EEM), you might want to evaluate SAP Solution Manager based solution. SAP's EEM is integrated into Diagnostics/Root Cause Analysis – esp. the E2E Trace. This might be beneficial for your organization, if you are already using SMD/RCA.
