Hi Pradeep:

Whilst you try...this could probably help you:

* Do you remember what was changed prior to your system bounce?
>>Has your Hardware Team done any Resource changes?
>>Was there any Network Segmentation or LAN testing done during downtime?
* Did u update Kernel and was it updated completely?
>> If so, what is the patch Level?
* Did you try clearing up shared memory(or whatever its equivalent in Win)?

Do this:
1) Stop all associated services
2) Clear up shared Memory(or its equivalent in Win)
3) Start Services
4) Do a disp work version check
2) Try to restart in MMC and see if it works

If it does not work, as a last option, if it was your Kernel update, revert back your old kernel and see how it goes.
