Hi Tony,

It is really strange that the kernel patch on PRD is higher than DEV. You should test Kernel patches in the DEV system before applying to PRD.
Try Downgrading the kernel to patch 159 and see if the process works, or upgrade DEV to Patch 185 and see if the process still works.

Hi,

@Caddick: I have checked the SU53 also. It shows the Auth Successful.

Kernel Patch number in PRD is : 185
Kernel Patch number in DEV is : 159

@Snowy: I'm able to upload the Text file with the same user and from the same ditectory but not able to upload any other file format (eg. Excel/Word/pdf etc.)
