Check in the market place to see if there is another system with a system number 000000000310541561.

Hello Experts,

i have a system EP1 with system number 000000000310541561. it's maintenance certificate is expired so I downloaded one from the SAP Service Marketplace. my team is planning to upgrade it EhP1 SPS 05,

but EP1's system number that was registered on the merketplace is 000000000311258161, which is totally different from my system. so i cant install the maintenance certificate on EP1 since it has a different system number. how did that happen? I mean, was it a mistake born out of negligence on our part when the system was registered in the Marketplace?

how can I resolve this problem?

here are the details of my system:
system: SAP Netweaver 7.0 SPS 19
sid: EP1
system number (from tcode SLICENSE): 000000000310541561
system number (from SAP MArketplace):000000000311258161
database: Oracle 10.2.0.2.0
OS: MS Windows Server 2003
Kernel: Release 700 Level 201

your thoughts on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
