Not all printed output goes to the user's default printer. Some transactions use output determination to route the printout to a specific printer regardless of the user who issues the print request. Not being familiar with the QA03 transaction myself, I would ask your support team to check if there is any output determination associated with this transaction.

I am having the same issue with TCODE QA03. sap support, were you able to find a solution to this issue? How do I set the default output device within this transaction?
