What works really well is to set up batch determination, which allows a look up for what batches and quantities exist in the storage location.

Hi,

I want to post the stock of Material 1 from Storage Location A to Storage Location B. This material 1 is batch managed. When trying to select the batch, can I have the option of entering "Storage Location" somewhere so as to only find the batches in a particular storage location. As of now only the following options are available in the drop down next to the Batch:

Batches for Plant Material
Batches for Material
Batches for Valuation Type
Valuation Types for Material
Batch Worklist
Original Batches for Plant Material
Original Batches for Material
Batches for vendor.

Is this a limitation of SAP? Is there any enhancement to get around this?
