ARe you maintaining comunication infotype. 105 is very important.
And what type of authorizations you are following. generally for MSS we use structural authorizations , hence ensure if the proper structure is maintained.
In MSS have you created proper roles? Please check these three things, your problems should be resolved.

Dear Experts,

I am unable to view direct reports (employees) for my line manager in MSS team viewer and PCR. All relationships are in place in R/3. The line managers role has been adjusted to view employees of another org unit. I would like to reset this so as to view direct reports only and not employees of another org unit.

Any ideas how I can make this change?
