I can't really see any problems in the trace files. The system seems to be up and running and generating ABAP load.
You have 2 SAP systems installed on the same server?
Do you have the directories "/usr/sap/<SID1>" and "/usr/sap/<SID2>"?
Did you try to check the status of the work processes with the dpmon tool?
Does DB Manager report any errors?
Did you update the SAP kernel of the new system to the same level as the old system?
