[sap-log-mm] MRP Areas for a Single Material in Multiple SLOCs

Hi,

We have a manufacturing plant with seperate SLOCs for each manufacturing line.

We use raw materials across multiple SLOCs in this one plant, and need to generate seperate purchase requisitions for these materials in each SLOC.

Can we use MRP Areas to do this?

Our experiments seem to show that a Material can only be assigned to 1 MRP area in a plant.

How can we have more than 1 MRP Area for a material per plant? Not sure how to do this using MRP screens 1 and 2.

And how can we view these requirements using MD04 or MD07 or another transaction we are not aware of.
