[sap-basis] Activating enterprise business functions

hi
I installed PLM & CPRXRPM on ECC6 .Moreover my question is i guess basis do activate the enterprise business functions though .I found a note anyway 1049251. guess we need to activate from 000 client though .Did you guys normally activate enterprise business functions ? I had a 8 functions list to activate though Just confirming before activating :).
