You must by following the instruction. If you know which business activity it is in the you can go and acticate it. However you get permision from your highest auth to take care of consequence of the activation. In SPRO just two lines down is Activate Business... Or SFW5

Hi experts,

While i was trying to execute VL51A Transaction code, I encountered this error message:

N° message SFW052

Diagnosis
You are trying to execute the transaction code &1, but it is in a deactivated package.

System Response
Execution is cancelled.

Procedure
Use transaction SFW5 to check whether all components required for the operation of your system are activated (switched on).

Does anyone know how to fix this?
