Thanks for the thought, but unfortunately not :-(
Although the behaviour is exactly as if the test run button was being selected for some of the materials but not others - which I know is impossible (?)

Some Sales Orders are being updated by our evening batch run, but many are not. Also it doesn't seem to be orders on credit hold that are not updated, or anything like that. I say that because when we run the program for a small range of materials, in foreground or background, the same Sales Orders that were not updated by the evening batch run are happily updated by our smaller run.
