Hi Christy,

You have not to worry about it.
SAP has designed the system that covers it.

You just have to configure Holiday calendar, DWS for 8:00 - 17:00, PWS
Mon-Fri,
define your holiday calendar in each appropriate Pers Area and Pers sub
Area, set WSR and WS, and
generate work Schedule.

If you have carefully configured those nodes, SAP takes care of it.
You have not to worry.

If you want to verify, run PT03 and display monthly work schedule
or
PA30, select Pernr for the EE you have assigned the same WSR in IT0007, view
It007 and click work schedule tab on top.

It will help you. Relax...
