[sap-log-pp] What PRT type?

hi all,
I have a new process that requires to use PRT.
The system allows to define a routing and assign a PRTunder certain
operation (according to sap this PRT can be a material, equipment, a
document, a other)
Now I have a raw material (aluminum) that is used/consumed to make this tool
and this tool is used (and wears out after certain time) to make a final
product.
This tool must be serialized and the finish product as well.
Out of the 4 type of equipments what is the best for my scenario?
Does anybody have this situation or something similar?
