Hi,
The most common solution is to build up your customized tool for mass deletion of your purchasing documents as in this particular case you can include your customized logic to check and filter which purchasing documents shall be deleted. In addition to it, with this customized tool, you can flexibly choose which data shall be populated at the report output for verification. Last but not least, you can also control who can run this tool for ''display only'' or for both ''display and update''.
