[sap-log-mm] REJECTION LETTER OF RFQ CAN'T BE PRINTED

Dear All,
While maintaining the Quotation i select the rejection indicator for the rejected vendor and trying to print the rejection letter uisng T.CODE ME9A.But the messaga came " NO SUITABLE PURCHASE DOCUMENTS FOUND." .
Before at the time of quotation maintain there is a message came " NO MESSAGE RECORD COULD BE FOUND FOR OUTPUT MESSAGE ,SAVE ANYWAY ?.
How i can print the rejection letters for RFQ.
Please advise.
