Hi Gustavo

It will depend on whether you have the Petty Cash account as a real bank account and if you are uploading the bank statement into SAP which reflects the reality of your bank accounts. Typically your Treasury users will move cash from Cash at Bank account into Petty Cash account (at the bank) and then if your bank statement reflects this transaction and uploads into SAP, you should see the results in those two GL accounts. If Treasury is not directly connected to SAP, then typically you'd post a GL journal entry after the Treasury folks have moved the cash - CR Cash at Bank and DR Petty Cash.
