Thanks dear, my sheet was not correct, I wanted all two hundred journals to be one document, now I have redone it and posted the two hundred documents by having one line posting the debit and credit, and not debit one line and credit the next line, as sap was reading one line to be complete. Lsmw was ok.

check it in excle ,then copy to .txt ,then use lsmw
