Question from brani on Mar 12 at 6:00 AM Our engineers enter qualifications (IT0024) in PA30 for every employee and these qualifications have a validity in the Qualifications catalog (OOQA). They also use the "proficiency" option for them. So, the problem is that they want to change the proficiency when the employee leaves the company, i.e. before the qualification validity has expired, so he could not be seen in their reports. When they change the value in the column "proficiency" and click save - a new row appears with the same qualification and validity dates (one day) equal to the last day of validity of the first record. But this happens accidentally, not all the time. More often when more then one record is maintained. I know that sounds stupid, but this is what they want - and they don't want to change only the end date for such cases... Have you heard for or seen a problem like this? Is it a bug or it is maintained wrong? Thanks in advance for your help, Branimira | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
