I also would add pf=/usr/sap/trans/bin/TP_DOMAIN_(sid).PFL before the
client=### which will make the system aware of the STMS domain. Like
TPPARAM of old.

Have you searched the archives?

I ususaly use Excel to create the text file and then save it as a file on
the OS
tp import <Target_SID> <SID>K9###### Client=### U12
