[sap-log-sd] How to default shipping priority from the material master?

We have a handful of materials that require overnight delivery to prevent spoilage. We use the Delivery Priority to define the required delivery type (overnight, 2nd day air, ground, etc.). On the material master, the storage conditions indicate these materials require refrigeration, but not all refrigerated products require overnight delivery.

Does anyone know of a good method for defaulting this information into the delivery so that we don't have to remember to go into the item and select overnight delivery?
