[sap-hr] Org. structure in reverse order

Hi,
when I try to look at the org. structure using ppose/ppome, the structure is shown in reverse order. ie if I select a org. unit, it shows the structure above it ( bottom up till root org. unit) instead of top down....
How to rectify this situation. can you explain the places where the changes need to be done.
