[sap-hr] How to query change in Work Schedule in Time schema?

Hi
I need to query the following scenario in the Time schema:
A change in the work schedule from full time (> 40 hours) to part time (<40 hours). This needs to be queried each day the schema evaluates. If there is a change in the weekly working hours from one day to another then certain quota processing needs to be done.
I'm able to configure the quota processing changes but i'm unable to build in the query of checking the Work schedule change.
Please let me know of any ideas
