[sap-basis] SAPinst error after open SAPinst GUI window on linux

Hi gurus,
I am installing a sap system on Red Hat, and I'm faccing with a weird problem...after entering the command ./sapinst it opens a window SAPInst GUI (in image bellow) that shows an error, even when I click the "Log on" button it returns to the same window SAPInst GUI and I do not go from this point...!
You can see the problem with more detail in following image:

SAPinst GUI windows (error could not connect to localhost on port 21212)
So can you tell me what I have to do to solve this problem?? :-(
